The Honesuki is crafted with a triangular blade profile which is designed to increase tip strength . This knife is light despite its tough durable edge. The Honesuki’s point allows for precision cuts in small spaces and is also capable of cutting connective tissue and fat.
The blade is handcrafted from high quality carbon steel that will develop a beautiful patina. The steel is easy to sharpen and with a little care it will maintain high quality performance.
The handle is handcrafted from Bocote wood. The simple design lends for a stable fit.
